Byzantium (a book review)

Byzantium is an historical novel about the journeys of an Irish monk from the 9th century named Aidan. Not based on the actual life of one person, it’s an amalgamation of the type of adventures pilgrims would endure around this time. That may sound boring to some but this book is anything but boring. There is so much destiny, loss, suffering, kinship, and love jammed into this story you’ll ache.
I have a much more lengthy review at Amazon.com, so if you’re interested you can check it out there. Click the picture of the book cover to link there.
